Krishna Buildspace Limited is a Gujarat-based construction and engineering services company offering end-to-end project execution from design to delivery across residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, infrastructure and allied sectors. It integrates planning, project management, civil works and allied engineering disciplines.
Krishna Buildspace Limited was incorporated on 1995 & currently Mr. Sandip Mohanbhai Sorathia serves as the Chairman & Managing Director of the company.

Krishna Buildspace Limited filed its DRHP with SEBI on December 30, 2025. The IPO features a fresh issue of 90 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 9 lakh shares, aimed at funding working capital and capital expenditure.It delivers end-to-end construction services, including design & architecture, pre-construction planning, project management, engineering and execution.
