Prasol Chemicals Limited was incorporated on 24 January 1992 & currently Mr. Gaurang Natwarlal Parikh is the managing Director of the company.

It produces acetone-based and phosphorus-based speciality chemicals including solvents, phosphorous derivatives, surfactants, performance additives, ethers, esters, polymers and acids serving industries like pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, paints/construction, home & personal care, performance chemicals. It serves over 1,107 customers across 69 countries and offers a portfolio of over 150 speciality chemical products.

Issue size of the IPO is ₹ 500 Crore which includes as Fresh issue of ₹ 80 Crore & an Offer for Sale of ₹ 420 Crore. The IPO opens for subscription on 8th Sep’26 & closes on 10th Sep’26, the IPO is priced in the range of ₹ 643 – ₹ 676 with a lot size of 22 shares.
