SFC Environmental Technologies Limited is an environmental technology company focused on providing efficient technologies and comprehensive engineering solutions for wastewater treatment (WWT), wastewater recycling & reuse (WRR) and solid waste treatment (SWT) through proprietary systems and end-to-end project execution.
The company has filed its DRHP with the SEBI for its initial public offering (IPO) aiming to raise funds of ₹ 667.53 Crores which includes a Fresh Issue of up to ₹ 150 crore and OFS of ₹ 517.53 Crores by existing shareholders.
SFC Environmental Technologies Limited was incorporated in the year 2005 & currently Mr. Sandeep Sudhakar Asolkar serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company.
It provides advanced wastewater treatment, recycle & reuse systems (like C-Tech SBR, MABR, MBR, SUF, CCRO) and solid waste treatment solutions, including engineering, manufacturing, supply, construction and commissioning services. SFC’s proprietary C-Tech SBR technology has been deployed in over ~639+ commissioned plants, treating 15,000 + MLD of wastewater daily across India. It commands a leading ~80 %+ market share in the SBR wastewater treatment segment in India.
