Orient Cables (India) Limited is a manufacturing company specializing in networking cables and passive networking equipment, serving high-growth sectors such as broadband, telecom, data centres, renewable energy, smart building automation, system integration, FMEG, and automotive with a diversified product portfolio.
It is also in talks for a pre-IPO placement of up to ₹ 64 Crore which would reduce the fresh issue size.

Orient Cables is recognized as one of India’s top five players in the networking cables industry, with an estimated ~22% market share in the organized networking cables segment in India for FY 2025 according to industry research.

Orient Cables has filed DRHP with SEBI for IPO with an issue size of ₹ 700 crore consisting Fresh Issue of ₹ 380 crore and Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹ 320 crore.
