Om Power Transmission Limited is a power transmission infrastructure engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”) company engaged in executing high-voltage (HV) and extra-high voltage (EHV) transmission lines, substations, and underground cabling projects, and providing comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services on a turnkey basis.
The company’s service include design, engineering, supply, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, and long-term O&M across its project portfolio.

It serves customers in state utilities, renewable energy developers, industrial clients, and infrastructure projects across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Punjab.

Om Power Transmission has filed DRHP with SEBI for IPO with an issue size of 10,000,000 Equity Shares consisting Fresh Issue of 9,000,000 Equity Shares and Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1,000,000 Equity Shares.
