Renny Strips Limited is a vertically integrated structural steel products manufacturer, producing mild steel billets, wire rods, ERW pipes/tubes and scaffolding/formwork systems with over 1,000 SKUs for construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors.

It serves 225+ customers across ~15 Indian states and supplies scaffolding/formwork products to 21+ countries in export markets.

Renny Strips Limited has filed DRHP with SEBI for a proposed IPO with an issue size of ₹ 300 Crore + 1.20 Cr equity shares consisting as Fresh Issue of ₹ 300 Crore and Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1.20 Cr equity shares.
