CMR Green Technologies Limited is a leading non‑ferrous metal recycler in India. IT specialises in processing and manufacturing recycled aluminium alloys (in both liquid and solid ingot forms), zinc alloy ingots, and furnace‑ready scrap of various metals such as stainless steel, copper, brass, lead and magnesium.

It operates through 12 manufacturing plants across India serving major OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers and holds an estimated ~42–45% market share in the Indian auto cast alloys segment.

CMR Green Technologies Limited was incorporated in the year 2005 and currently Mr. Eshan Jawahar Hemrajani serves as the Managing Director & CEO of the company.

It is a leading non‑ferrous metal recycling and alloys producer, recycling scrap into aluminium and zinc die‑casting alloys in liquid and solid forms and supplying to automotive and engineering sectors.

CMR Green Technologies has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI to launch the proposed IPO entirely an OFS of up to ~4.28 crore Equity Shares.

Subscription date to apply for the IPO is yet to be announced. Price band for the IPO is also pending to be declared.
