BCSSL operates four advanced processing facilities across India (Bhiwandi, Wada, Ghiloth, SriCity) serving a wide national industrial client base including major OEMs, with strong partnerships like JSW Steel’s authorized service partner.

Bombay Coated & Special Steels Limited has filed DRHP with SEBI for a proposed IPO with an issue size of ~1.50 Crore Equity shares consisting entirely as Fresh Issue of ~1.50 Crore Equity shares and no Offer for Sale (OFS).
