The company has completed approximately 600 projects across 19 countries and serves over 400 corporate and infrastructure customers globally.

Commtel Networks has filed DRHP with SEBI for an issue size of ₹ 900 Crore via IPO comprising Fresh Issue of ₹ 150 Crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ₹ 750 Crore.
