Cotec Healthcare Limited is a pharmaceutical Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO) that develops and manufactures a wide range of formulations including injectables, tablets, capsules, ointments, syrups, eye/ear drops and other dosage forms for institutional and private clients.
Cotec is reported to be one of India’s largest CDMO players with capabilities across multiple formulation types.

It has served over 154 customers in FY25 with operations across 24 states/UTs in India and exports to 14 countries and is recognised as the second-largest CDMO in India by number of dosage forms, reflecting meaningful market presence.

Cotec Healthcare Limited has filed DRHP with SEBI for a proposed IPO with an issue size of ₹ 295 Crore + 6,000,000 Equity Shares consisting Fresh Issue of ₹ 295 Crore and Offer for Sale (OFS) of 6,000,000 Equity Shares.

Subscription date to apply for the IPO is yet to be announced. Price band for the IPO is also pending to be declared.
