SRIT India Limited was incorporated in 1999 & currently Dr. Madhu Nambiar serves as the Chairman & Managing Director of the company.

SRIT India Limited filed its DRHP with SEBI proposing an IPO of 16,800,000 Equity Shares consisting entirely as Fresh Issue of 16,800,000 Equity Shares and no Offer‑for‑Sale (OFS).
