Rotomag has filed DRHP with SEBI for a proposed IPO with an issue size of ₹ 500 Crore + 2.4 Cr Equity Shares consisting as Fresh Issue of ₹ 500 Crore and Offer for Sale (OFS) ~2.4 Cr Equity Shares.
