Powerica Limited is an integrated power solutions company that manufactures, markets, supplies, installs and provides on-site services for diesel generator (DG) sets and related products for various sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, BFSI, education, infrastructure and more. It also owns and operates wind power projects, making it a diversified player in power generation and backup power solutions.

Powerica Limited was incorporated in 1984 & currently Mr. Naresh Chander Oberoi serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company.

It also has a wind power business as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) with EPC & O&M capabilities in balance of plant infrastructure.

Powerica Limited filed its DRHP with SEBI for a proposed IPO to raise up to ₹ 1400 Crore, consisting as Fresh Issue of ₹ 700 Crore and an Offer-for-Sale of ₹ 700 Crore by promoters.
