Oswal Cables Limited has filed DRHP with SEBI for a proposed IPO with an issue size of ₹ 300 Cr + 2.22 Cr Equity shares consisting as Fresh Issue of ₹ 300 Cr and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of ~2.22 Cr Equity shares.
